Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is your return policy?  You have 30 days from the ship date of your purchase to contact us for a return.  We will then refund or exchange your purchase depending on your request.
2. How long will it take to get my pocket knife?  We ship orders within 24 hours.  Most of the time our customers get their order in 3 days.  Although you should allow 7-10 days for shipping.  It will depend on USPS and where you live.
   
3. Is there a warranty on my pocket knife?  Most of our knives do have a manufacturer's warranty.  Click on Warranty in the navigation menu to view specific warranties.
4. How much does shipping cost?  Shipping is calculated by weight.  It is $4.99 for the first pound.  This will usually cover about 3-4 knives.
5. Do I have to pay sales tax?  No.  There is no sales tax, no matter where you live.
6. If I am paying by check, do I send my check before or after I get my order?  You have to send your check before we ship your order.  As soon as we receive your check and it clears, we will ship your order.
7. When will you ship my order?  We ship orders within 24 hours.
