Shipping & Returns

We are now offering free USPS First Class shipping on all orders totaling $50 or more.  Free shipping will be applied during the check out process.  If you have any questions please contact us.

All orders usually ship within 24 hours.  All shipments will be made using USPS First Class.  The price of shipping will be calculated by weight.  It will be $4.99 for the first pound, and increase for each additional pound.  There are 16 ounces in one pound.  This means, $4.99 will usually cover 3-4 knives, depending on their weight.  Allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive, although most shipments arrive in as little as 2-3 days.  It will be depending on USPS and where you are located.  If you need another shipping option, email us for availability.

 Cancellations

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours.  Because of this it is not possible to cancel orders.  If you no longer need something you ordered, you will have to wait until you receive it and then return it.

Damaged Packages

Any packages that arrive damaged should be brought to the mail carriers attention.  We are not responsible for products damaged in transit.

Returns Due to Manufacturer's Defect or Our Error

Any products that have a manufacturer's defect should be reported immediately, and no later than 30 days from the ship date.  If your product does indeed have a manufacturer's defect, or we have made an error, we will pay for the return shipping as well as shipping on your exchange.  If you prefer a refund, we will refund the full purchase price as well as the original shipping.  Contact us for instructions.

Other Returns

You will have 30 days from the ship date to return your product for a refund or exchange for reasons other than defects, as long as the product is still new and unused, and you have all the original contents and packaging.  You will be responsible for paying to ship the product back.  We will not refund the shipping cost if we are not responsible for the return.  If you are exchanging, you will also be responsible for the new shipping costs on your exchange.  Contact us for instructions.

Refunds

We will issue authorized refunds once we receive your return.  Your refund will be given to you in the same payment form you used when you made the purchase.  We will put the money back on the same card used for the purchase.

Under no circumstances will any products be accepted as a return if they have been used!  All returns must be 100% new and unused!
